1.Fare type ''Series'' :- All Series fares whether Refundable or Non-Refundable have cancelation charges of Rs 1500/Passenger before 3 days departure. However we don't allow reschedule for same. Name corrections or names changes are allowed in few cases, as per naming policy of PNR at a minimal charge of Rs 1000.
2.Fare type ''Published'' :- All published fares whether Refundable or Non-Refundable have cancelation charges as per airline and an additional ticketdekho.in charges of Rs 100/Passenger for Domestic flights and Rs 150/Passenger for International flights. However ticketdekho don't charge any amount on published fares for rescheduling, only airline charges are applicable. (Note:- Incase of Coorporate published fares,airline cancellation charges+ agency charges Rs 350 will be applicable per passenger.)
3.Fare type ''TD Special'' :- All TD-Special Non-Refundable fares have cancelation charges of Rs 2250/Passenger before 2 days departure and it is subject to approval from the suppliers. However we don't allow reschedule for same. Name corrections or names changes are allowed in few cases, as per naming policy of PNR at a minimal charge of Rs 1600.
Refund Request Process To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of ticket Cancelations. Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days of receiving your request.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment in case of rejected/cancelled bookings.
RESCHEDULE IS NOT ALLOWED FOR GROUP FARE BOOKINGS.
